Welcome to Tease Robo.Cafe.Bar & Eatery ("Tease", "we", "our", or "us"). By accessing or using our website (https://fe-stag.thingstodoinhanmersprings.com), making a reservation, placing an order, or visiting our venue in Hanmer Springs, New Zealand, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using our online services and digital reservation platform.

Tease offers an innovative dining experience featuring automated robot food servers alongside our hospitality team. While we strive for flawless service, automated delivery times may vary during peak hours.

Guests are expected to treat all staff, equipment, and automated robot delivery units with reasonable care and respect. Damage caused by intentional interference with robotic servers or dining fixtures may incur repair or replacement charges.

Reservations can be requested online or by phone. Table bookings are confirmed subject to availability.

• Holding Time: We hold reserved tables for up to 15 minutes past your booking time before releasing the table to walk-in guests.
• Cancellations: If you need to cancel or adjust guest numbers, please notify us at least 2 hours in advance via our website or phone.
• Group Bookings: Bookings for parties of 8 or more may be subject to specific deposit or set-menu policies communicated at the time of booking.

All prices are listed in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and include 15% Goods and Services Tax (GST). Menu items, prices, and seasonal specials are subject to change without prior notice based on ingredient availability.

Dietary & Allergen Notice: While we take reasonable precautions to cater to dietary requirements (e.g. gluten-free, vegan, dairy-free), our kitchen handles nuts, gluten, seafood, dairy, and other common allergens. We cannot guarantee 100% allergen-free environments. Please inform our staff of any allergies before ordering.

Tease strictly complies with the New Zealand Sale and Supply of Alcohol Act 2012. Alcohol will not be served to any person under the age of 18 or anyone displaying signs of intoxication.

Valid photo identification (NZ Driver Licence, Passport, or HNZ 18+ / Kiwi Access Card) may be required upon ordering alcoholic beverages. We reserve the right to refuse alcohol service to any guest at our discretion in accordance with host responsibility guidelines.

All content on this website—including logos, photography, menu descriptions, graphics, branding, and text—is the property of Tease Robo.Cafe.Bar & Eatery and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

Photos shared through our interactive Selfie Point feature or tagged with our social channels may be featured on our public digital displays and feeds with proper attribution.

To the maximum extent permitted by New Zealand law (including the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and Fair Trading Act 1986):

• Tease shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our digital platforms or website downtime.
• We are not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings brought onto our premises.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes arising from these terms or your visit shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Zealand.
